Abstract

This article is devoted to the process of the professional-pedagogical training and retraining of scientific and teaching staff in the centers of didactics of the higher school in Germany. The object of the research is the studying of one of the educational technologies applied in system of continuing pedagogical education in Germany, namely a project method. The author opens essence of the basic concepts of the project method and describes the mechanism of its realization in educational process.
